PV Panel Supporting Brackets Ground Solar Module Mounting

Ground mount solar racking system usually consists of metal structure, concrete base and other spare parts to fix the solar panels on a rack. It is suitable for big projects such as commercial PV plant power stations.

According to the location, geographic and weather situations, and the target power output, ground solar mounting system can be classified into 3 kinds of systems:

• Fixed tilt system: The simplest and most economic one. Fixed structure, fixed panels, requiring less maintenance.
• Single axis tracking system: Uses an electric motor to move panels in one direction to track the sun's movement.
• Dual-axis tracking systems: Uses two axes to track the sun both horizontally and vertically, maximizing PV power production.

Our photovoltaic panel racking system for ground projects consists of 3 essential parts:

1. The Base: The support for the mounting system. It must hold the panels and withstand extreme wind and snow loads.
2. The Structure: The rack system holding panels firmly at correct positions. Tailor-made according to panel size and local climate data.
3. Clamps: Fastens panels with mid-clamps and end-clamps (side clamps).
